What This Privacy and Security Policy Covers

• This policy covers how RainMinder.com treats personal information that RainMinder.com collects and receives from you, including information related to your enrollment in and past use of the RainMinder.com service (the “Service”) (“Enrollment Data”) and information or material that you submit to RainMinder.com in the course of using the Service ("Subscriber Data"). Collectively, Enrollment Data and Subscriber Data are referred to as “User Data.”

Information Collection and Use

General

• RainMinder.com collects User Data when you register with RainMinder.com, when you use RainMinder.com products and services and when you visit RainMinder.com pages.
• When you register we ask for Enrollment Data such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with RainMinder.com and sign in to use our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• RainMinder.com collects Enrollment Data about your transactions with us, including information about your use of the services that we offer.
• RainMinder.com automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP Address, RainMinder.com cookie information, and the page you request.
• RainMinder.com uses Enrollment Data for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
• In order to use the Service, you will need to provide RainMinder.com with Subscriber Data that is responsive to the various queries built into the RainMinder.com software.
• The RainMinder.com software automatically processes your Subscriber Data to assist you in formulating and carrying out your marketing plan and for other related purposes described on the RainMinder.com Website. Ordinarily, RainMinder.com personnel do not access your Subscriber Data. However, RainMinder.com and subcontractors performing services for RainMinder.com will access your Subscriber Data for the following purposes: to analyze problems with the software and your use of the Service (e.g., error corrections, data recovery, software performance issues); when you request assistance with the use of the Service or with developing a marketing plan; or in the course of de-identifying data for use in RainMinder.com’s creation of reports and statistical analyses.
• Upon removal of all individual and law firm identifying data from User Data, RainMinder.com may aggregate such de-identified User Data and use it either internally to enhance its products and services or to provide research to its customers.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• RainMinder.com does not rent, sell, or share User Data with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with RainMinder.com under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your User Data to help RainMinder.com provide services that you have requested. Each of these companies will be under a written obligation not to share your User Data with others or use it except to provide the requested services to you.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
